19.\u201320. mail demonstreeris Elmo oma kaugjuhitava auto tehnoloogiat Eesti suurima tehnoloogiakonverentsi Latitude 59 k\u00fclastajatele. \u00dcrituse ajal oli meie kaugjuhtimiskeskus koos rooli, pedaalide, juhiistme jne konverentsisaalis, samal ajal kui meie kaugjuhitav auto asus hoone v\u00e4lisk\u00fcljel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meie s\u00fcsteem \u00e4ratas k\u00fclastajates suurt huvi, kuna paljud peatusid, et uurida, mis toimub “arvutim\u00e4ngu rallitooli” \u00fcmber kogunenud inimeste juures. Peamised k\u00fcsimused inimestel olid selle tehnoloogia rakendamise kohta. Selgitasime neile, et hakkame oma rendiautosid klientide ukse ette toimetama kaugjuhitavalt ja v\u00e4ga t\u00f5husalt. Meie meeskond n\u00e4itas huvilistele, kuidas see tehnoloogia aitab muuta keskkonnas\u00f5braliku autojagamise isikliku auto omamisele paremaks alternatiiviks ja kuidas see v\u00f5ib meie linnad lugematutest autodest vabastada, v\u00e4hendada CO2 heitkoguseid ja luua huvitavamaid t\u00f6\u00f6kohti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meie tehnikameeskond, sealhulgas Priit Haljak (CTO) ja Thomas Tasuja (peainsener), olid kohal, et n\u00e4idata rahvale, kuidas proffid autot kaugjuhivad. Nagu ikka, Elmo asutaja ja tegevjuht Enn Laansoo jr. r\u00f5\u00f5mustas inimesi ja julgustas neid juhiistmele istuma. Ja see t\u00f6\u00f6tas! \u00dcritus oli Elmo jaoks v\u00e4ga edukas, kuna tehnoloogia \u00e4ratas huvi paljudes k\u00f5rgetasemelistes tehnoloogiategelastes, andis inimestele v\u00f5imaluse uut tehnoloogiat proovida ja v\u00f5imaldas meie tehnilisel meeskonnal koguda rohkem testimisandmeid autolt.
